Design Loads (PS 3033)
Notes:
- Design Loads only apply to Power-Strut brand products.
- Average Safety Factor = 3.7 based on static testing to the ultimate strength of connection. Design Load is limited to 3,000 lbs for the Slip Load of (2) Channel Nuts with a Safety Factor = 3.0.
- 1/2" Power-Strut Channel Nut and Cap Screw torqued to 50 ft-lbs required for installation.
- Deflection is the average deflection reading at 3,000 lbs. Deflection is measured in the direction of the Tension Load.
- Design Loads apply only to the PS 3033 part number
